Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in between 3pm-7pm and check out is at 11:00 am. With advance notice, special arrangements can be made for early or late check-ins.

Rates & Reservations

Making a reservation for an Asheville, North Carolina vacation or weekend getaway at Abbington Green Bed & Breakfast Inn is a verbal contract between you (the guest) and the Inn. The Inn agrees to guarantee the guest will have accommodations, and the guest guarantees payment subject to the cancellation policy stated below and any terms that are agreed upon over the phone or via email. Each reservation must be guaranteed with advance deposit by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. One night's deposit is required; or one-half of the total reservation, whichever is greater.

Rates posted may be subject to change without prior notification.

Cancellations

A rebooking fee of $35.00 will be charged for any cancelled room reservation.

Refunds of a deposit may be made for cancellations 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date. For some holidays and October, a 21-day cancellation will apply.

Cancellation of some or all of your reservation with less than 14 days’ notice, and up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival, will result in the loss of your deposit, unless we are able to rebook the entire reservation.

If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival day, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation unless we are able to rebook the entire reservation.

We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.

Early departures or no shows are considered cancellations and will be treated as such.

Smoking & Damages

No smoking is permitted at Abbington Green. A separate fee of $350 per day will be charged to anyone who smokes inside the Inn to cover cleaning, dry cleaning, or replacement of fabrics, upholstery, or furniture.

No candles, oil lamps, or any open flame devices are permitted in guest suites or rooms at any time.

Guests will be held responsible and will be charged for repair or replacement or damages or losses to linens, towels, furniture, furnishings , or other items.

Children

The Inn is not generally appropriate for young children. However, families with well-behaved children, age 12 or older, can be accommodated in the suites in our Carriage House.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs can be accommodated in some suites in our Carriage House. Reservations that include a pet are subject to specific agreement and additional fee. Please ask for details and read more on our pet policy page.
